Before an item ships from our location to you, you can easily cancel an order. To do so, cancel it at any time for a full refund by emailing our support staff using the Contact Form. We will let you know whether the item has already been shipped or not. If not, we can stop the order in its tracks.
If the item has already shipped, if your mail carrier allows it, you can refuse shipment. This will route the package back to our location, and we'll be able to refund you with no fuss. Otherwise, to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of its arrival by letting us know with the Contact Form and you will be issued a full refund, no questions, as soon as we receive it back.

Judaica Needlepoint Gift Certificates are also guaranteed for 30 days from purchase. That means you can ask for your money back, and your claim code will be deactivated. Once the Gift Certificate has already been redeemed, however, it is no longer possible to ask for a refund, since it isn't possible to return (i.e. deactivate) the claim code. Please note that Gift Certificates are valid up until the expiration date as printed on the face of the certificate, which is generally 5 years from the purchase date. You can use the Gift Certificate on your entire order, with one exception: you cannot use Gift Certificate to buy other Gift Certificates.
