Are your canvases hand painted?
We print our design using the latest in digital industrial garment printing. The quality of our canvases equals or surpasses handpainted canvas. We have heard this from our customers and our needlework shop retailers.
What kind of canvas do you use?
All of our canvases are created with thick, expensive, 100% cotton needlepoint canvas. Zweigart Mono Deluxe Needlepoint canvas is widely regarded as the best material available for needlepoint canvas. The printing process utilizes high-quality brand-name inks, to produce radiant imagery in vivid, long-lasting color.
Can you customize my canvas?
How much does customization cost?
Most customizations are done at no extra charge. These include canvas enlargement, image orientation, changes to text or fonts, and color changes. Others can be done for a small customization surcharge. More extensive customizations, or a custom canvas created to spec, are priced on an individual basis.
Is thread included in the canvas price?
No. A needlepoint canvas is sold by itself, with any embellishments, if available. However, many canvases offer the option to also purchase a thread pack.
What is a thread pack?
We match colors on the canvas to DMC Pearl Cotton thread #3 and pack it up for you in a clear ziplock bag for convenient safekeeping. It also includes 2 tapestry needles. Some threadpacks include specialty threads, such as Kreinik Metallic.
Where is Judaica Needlepoint located?
Judaica Needlepoint is a subsidiary of Pepita Needlepoint. The company is owned and operated by needleart professionals residing in Brooklyn, NY. We design and produce the needlepoint canvases ourselves. We handle the orders ourselves. We talk to customers ourselves (try us right now, we are at 855-473-7482, M-F, 9am-5pm ET). We write the stitch guides ourselves. We even built and operate the website ourselves.

How long will it take for me to get my items?
We make our best effort to have your orders out the door on the following business day. If you selected the free shipping option during checkout, the order is shipped using conventional mail by USPS. The number of days it takes to get to you generally corresponds to the first number of your zip code. For example, if your zip code begins with a 5, it will usually be no more than five days before you receive your order.
To get your items sooner, you may want to opt for Priority Mail. Then it should take about 2-3 business days to arrive.
